I'm Emma. Noticed that Francesca had left a note about me attending next monday, so thought that I would introduce myself.

I'm 27 years old. I've known that I'm different from around the age of 6. I recently came out to my family, so they are all aware of Emma now, although they are yet to meet her. Well, my mum met her for the first time on Friday, but I'll tell you about that on Monday. On the whole though they have all been very supportive. I think that my mum has come round to the idea that I may be her daughter one day. My dad will take alot longer.

I started therapy sessions on friday too, so hopefully things are moving along. On the whole gender scale I see myself as more than a TV and maybe a TS. I have been getting out more and more. I went to Le Femmes in Sheffield on Friday which was an experience lol. Been to Canla street too a few times. It's really strange because 2 years ago I could never have forseen that I would be where I am now. Anyway, enough about me. I tend to waffle on abit on forums. Unfortunately I'm quite shy in the flesh, although I am a very honest and open person. See you all next Monday.

I have been dressing since I was about 11 years old when I started by borrowing my mum's clothes. I have like all of you I am sure dressed on and off ever since battling with the urge. But now dress fully when ever I get the chance and have a full knicker draw and part of my own wardrobe.

I have sent 42 years in the so called closet untill last September on one lonley night I desided to step out the front door, gave my 70 year old neighbour a heart attack thou...lol but they asure me he will be of the ventilator soon. I now love going out to as many places as possible Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham and meet new friends that are similar to myself and thats a great feeling.
